15L Prototype Dispatch No.1

Building off the launch lessons of the 25L Adventure Pack, I keep coming back to the idea of a smaller day pack. Something dependable and ready for shorter missions. Work. The coffee shop. A day hike. Footy with the lads. The type of pack where accessibility and style supersede storage capacity needs.

If the 25L is for gritty, far-flung motorcycle adventures and international flights, the 15L is for dependable daily use.

Fifteen liters is the number I keep coming back to, the size of one of my favorite REI packs growing up. Slim profile. A technical yet minimal style.

It'll carry XOÀI Pack’s transparent pricing and supply chain model as standard.

Right now we're deep in development on the shoulder strap geometry. Prototype three is in progress, and we're running through different pocket placements and fabric combinations to get the proportions dailed in. This takes time — building paper models, testing with until the geometry clicks. Every dimension and material is important.
